There is no permanent power general unit except a small hydel project of 100 KW capacity. The increasing demands of power are somehow managed by running DG sets. A 400 KW capacity DG Set installed in the district to provide power to consumers of the head quarter in the evening hours.

Budget utilization during the year both plan and Non Plan Rs. 30.64 Lakhs and
Rs. 213.82 lakhs respectively. Pending Audit paragraphs and outstanding paras referred to PAC:
