This department is dealing only with the water supply works i.e. taking up of water supply schemes
and maintenance works of water supply under East Kameng District. Two main
programmes are being implementing in the department i.e.
-
P.M.G.Y (Prime Minister Gram Yojana ) Centrally sponsored scheme for
providing water supply schemes.
-
A.R.W.S.P. (Accelerated Rural Water Supply Programme ) is centrally
sponsored schemes. Apart from water supply works some building construction
works were also taken up.
Two Sub-Division functioning under this division i.e.
- Seppa Sub-Division and
- Khenewa Sub-Division.
